Workshop Technician
Shop technicians manufacture and assemble our products at our workshop in Arusha. We look for people who:
Have experience welding, drilling, and painting
Are committed to making high-quality products in a safe work environment

Workshop Apprentice
Workshop apprentices learn to drill, paint, and weld directly from our workshop technicians, gaining valuable skills and contributing to our fabrication process. We look for people who:

2023 Design Intern
Learn design and engineering skills from professional engineers, including how to transition your design work to industry-standard CAD software, while contributing to the next generation of assistive devices in Tanzania. Housing and a food stipend will be provided in Arusha. We are looking for people who:
Are fantastic collaborators, ready to work with people from all parts of Tanzania and the rest of the world
Are excellent communicators who know how to present their work clearly
Have most or all of diploma in mechanical engineering or a similar field
Have an interest in medical or assistive devices
Have some experience working with shop tools, such as welding, drilling, grinding, and sanding
